I tried to make a withdrawal with my winnings but was asked for a copy of my bank card to verify which I sent over 72 hours ago! The card hasn’t been verified so can’t withdraw and after numerous chats on live they keep telling me it will be hurried on etc etc and it won’t take longer than 48 hours. I feel they are trying to delay this process in the hope that I spend my winnings which I won’t be doing

After they have now verified I have made the withdrawal to PayPal which states same day you will receive funds but just as I thought I haven’t received them and stilll pending!
