I’ve been with this company about 6 weeks now. And I’ve been verified with all documents. I’ve won a few rounds of £4009 and £5000 but also deposited and wagered more.

I deposited £112 yesterday and got it up to £500 then up and down up and down, eventually I settled on £4000 withdrawal.

It’s been 25 hours now and the payment is still pending. I was originally told on Facebook the team are checking they have all they need for payment; I asked if they meant documents to which she replied this is what they’re checking.

So my reply was, I suggest you answer honestly as this complaint is going into askgamblers, then she back tracked. All through the night I’ve been given excuse after excuse. And sound bites. I just want my money

Hi

What date did you make the withdrawal request ? when you say yesterday in your message above , what date are you referring to ?
Looking in your account i see your last withdrawal was processed on the 30th Dec by wire transfer and there are no other pending withdrawals.

When you cancel a withdrawal and make a new one the whole process of automatic checking starts again and this is what causes the delay

Once a payment leaves us it is the responsibility of your Bank . if you need to chase someone , chase your Bank
