Delaying my withdrawal of 68000
On the 24/05/2020 I requested to withdraw £5000 and I also contacted PlayOJO via there online chat to withdraw my full account balance off £68000 & was sent an email to confirm they are happy to process the withdrawal off £68000! Well it’s now the 28th and I’ve haven’t had an update on my withdrawals and the £68000 is still in my available funds and the £5000 pending! Everything is confirmed by the casino and everything asked for provided! Staff at OJO also told me the maximum I could Withdraw per month is £10000 but then another member off staff told me there is no maximum withdrawal! This has led me to believe none off my withdrawals have even been submitted after being lied to several time’s! I hope this gets resolved soon and my money is sent to me!
