Delayed withdrawal payout

I requested for a withdrawl on the 5th of August for 650 usd . Attached is the screenshot. Till date I have not received the withdrawal.

I had requested for bank transfer as a mode of withdrawing, and then I waited a week and it was not credited .

I kept checking with the team and they asked me to send my bank statement. After sending through my bank statement I've been told it has been reversed by my bank.


Upon checking with my bank apparently no credit was even tried to be done , I have been asking the reason why this reversed but I dont get any answer.

Even if the money did get reversed its not showing in my playojo account .

I am attaching screenshot for your reference.

There have been numerous emails and i dont get the response I need .

Can someone please intervene and help me get my withdrawal. ?

I really like the playojo user interface but with these issues I'm thinking if I should go back to.playojo or find another casino

Based on your last post it is now obvious that the disputed withdrawal amount has been lost in the meantime. In such situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team has no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.

Please close this complaint. I used up all the funds . I don't expect to receive anything from playojo . Untrustworthy casino . I will ensure that I post what happened to me in social media to ensure nobody else encounters what I did . You guys are a disappointment to the online gambling community.

Leroy the only method available to you now is Ecopayz and it should be ok if you open and fund your Ecopayz account with a different payment option and not a Visa card .

Paypal is not available for the UAE

Thank you for showing me the proof of this being restricted to UAE.

What are the alternate mode of withdrawals do you offer? I have checked on your site and it shows paypal also as an option.

I am attaching a screenshot of playojo website that shows paypal as well.

I really like the User Interface in Playojo and i the website is every user friendly. I want to figure this out so i can continue playing on Playojo and not really have to think about withdrawing of funds.

So if you can please help me sort this out at the earliest.

Can you delay and withdrawal process
My ID on Playojo ([email protected]) Starting June 2, 2025, and ongoing until July 31, 2025. Although the casino will say I've been at it since October 26th 2024. Their system has been feeding me different stuff from the get-go that being said here my
version.
I received an email telling me here's five hundred dollars to play on we're celebrating 50 million on this platform.
So I started playing. And started having a great time I was winning and having fun. Starting June 9th I put in requests for a withdrawal found out that I had to deposit $100 for verification of approval who I was kyc I believe that's called so I did that kept playing. I have full documentation of all our conversations for me to send them I think would be quite a bit but if need be I can go back and get dates for sure. So I believe June 12th I put in for another withdrawal I was told I had to verify my wallet which was $200.
So I deposited another $200 not taking in consideration the platform fee's. So the casino only recorded a deposit of $193.26
Therefore I didn't hit the $200 requirement to verify my wallet which was my bad I didn't get it right away but I realized that.
I believe on the 12th went on and sent another deposit of $207.66.
With a total of. $505.92 in their system.
So I just complained thinking they would fix it that would it would you know catch up with the system somehow and so I kept playing and I've gotten it up to the total of $615,787.31.
I got to that some and I stopped and I haven't played since I'm still trying to get resolved and resolution to my withdrawal with them admitting that it's all on their side that there should be no excuses I just need help I would like to collect
