I requested a withdrawal of £50 on the 30th November. I waited till yesterday to be told the withdrawal couldn’t go to the allocated bank I asked for. So was told to send bank details yesterday at 8am, I’ve replied and haven’t heard anything yet. It’s been over 2 weeks and still haven’t got my withdrawal. The slow response is relay annoying.
