I have used playojo for a while now but there seems to be a problem with withdrawals to NatWest cards and therefore have to request a wire transfer. I requested a withdrawal on 2nd August and provided all of the necessary verification documents but have still not received the funds. I am being ignored on the chat function and have sent 7 emails with no response. I have further funds in the account I want to withdraw but am unable to whilst the original withdrawal is in process. The fact that I am being ignored is frustrating and not the service I would expect to receive from playojo

I uploaded the documents I was asked for and then have been ignored. I was not told I needed to upload other documents or it would have been done right away. I tried calling back the number that called me to discuss and have uploaded the other documents you asked for when you emailed me this afternoon. I trust you now have everything you require to release my money.
