I made a withdrawal request on Friday morning around 8am and dispite the casino claiming an 11 working hour approval time (including weekends) this has now been and gone without explanation or update. I have reached out on 4 different channels and only just received a response 7 hours later with no update.

Yes the withdrawal was paid late Saturday afternoon which was more like 18 working hours and not the 6 quoted above. It’s also worth noting that had I been able to contact someone and be provided with an updated timescale this complaint could have been avoided. However, Facebook, Live Chat, Twitter and phone provided no luck.

i see now you have a 2nd withdrawal request from yesterday , this will be checked and processed as soon as possible
