Delayed processing of £100 withdrawal
I recently won £100 on 03/08/23 and was advised I needed to upload I’d I did that and emailed them. They replied and said they didn’t need any further documents so I was able to then request the withdrawal at 11 am ish on 04/08/23 . The funds are still processing and they have not been released by the company to my bank. Whist OJO have been great at getting back to me to say once funds are released they will be in my account within in 2-5 days they have not released the funds and it’s been over 24 hours now. This is unacceptable and should be done within a few hours. I have asked for the banking directors email several times to make a formal complaint and this is unanswered. I have played at a rival casino and spoken to other players and it seems this is an ongoing issue with this company.
