Delayed payment, incorrect info
I am a first time very disappointed user at PlayOJO. To confirm i have submitted all document and had emailed confirmation that i was verified and a online chat confirmation of this. I made a withdrawal request at 17.30pm yesterday for £1400 and checked with online chat who informed me that withdrawals take a maximum of 11 hours. I went to online chat this morning after 11 hours has expired to be told that i hadn't waited 11 hours and my documents were not verified. I kindly advised i had received confirmation that i was verified and not only had 11 hours passed 15 hours had passed. I just got told he was sorry for giving me incorrect information and he would speed things up. When asked when it would be proceed all i was told was it would be speeded up. Extremely disappointed, to say you are a fair casino and treat people like this is poor.
