Withdrew £40.16 to my card on 6th May and still haven’t received this. I have emailed customer support numerous times and have not had any responses. This has happened before and I had to raise a complaint and they said I hadn’t sent any verification documents for the wire transfer. They didn’t request any and I requested transfer to my card bowls wire nevertheless I sent the requested documents so they are all on file. The customer service is nonexistent.
