I was happy to hear - Good news! We've verified your document and you're all set to get playing.
I deposited, lost, and then eventually won, played some more, and decided to withdraw £1300.
The processing bar has not moved and the withdrawal is still pending after more than 24hrs.
I have received no response or email and the live chat is a BOT so cannot get any further. I also deposited twice again after my request but unfortunately didn't win from that one.
