I made a withdrawal 13 days ago for £300. I still haven’t received my moneys. I have had little to no response to live chat or email. I did not use a bonus to win the money.
This is my first attempt to withdraw my funds from this site and my last.
I am sure this is against my rights as a player. I would expect a fair system in place.
I have a NatWest account so I used the wire transfer option which was advised on the site at the time.
