PlayOJO Casino Casino will not verify documents for withdrawal
I am totally fed up and so frustrated at the actions of PlayOJO. Once I was a very happy loyal customer and now I am wondering if I will ever be paid my winnings.
First of all, I’d like to start by saying my account was verified and I proved my identity and had already made several withdrawals. Then I won over $6000 and all of a sudden my account was back to square one. I had to resubmit my proof of ID and address and debit/credit card image. Fine, I did that 2 times. They state they usually approve documents in 12 hours. I waited for 48hrs or more and then emailed asking what the hold-up was. I received no response at all. Same thing the next day. I started playing again and over the course of several days with no responses and no approval of documents, I ended up losing the $6000. With no exaggeration at all in the very minute my account hit $0 I received 4 emails instantly letting me know my documents were approved and I could withdraw. I was so disgusted. I don’t believe it was a coincidence.
Another few days later I deposited a total of $540 in 2 deposits and during that play, I hit the max jackpot on the deadly 5 slot game. It was a $15,000 win and I had already won over $7000 so my account balance was over $22,000. I immediately went to withdraw funds and my account was again back to square one needing to be verified again. I submitted things again and waited. Several days again and nothing. This time I actually got an email response saying I needed to submit proof of funding. One of the options was a bank statement. I sent pictures containing my current bank balance of over $10,000 and it clearly showed my last 2 transactions were the e-transfers to PlayOJO to deposit money. They process the deposits in seconds but when it comes to them paying out it’s a painful process with zero communication.
After finally getting a response from an “ojo crew member” he said I needed to submit pay stubs for the last 3 months. I explained I’m self-employed and don’t have them. They then asked for a tax form that doesn’t exist in Canada. After several emails of explaining how this was a major violation of my privacy, I went online and got a copy of my notice of assessment for the previous tax year because my 2022 hasn’t been filed yet. I reluctantly submitted the paperwork and have heard nothing! It’s been another 6 days and several emails and they have completely ghosted me. In the mean time I once again lost a big chunk of the money and was getting so upset. And then Boom I won that max jackpot again. Another $15,000 payout.
Once again I emailed numerous times and have had no response. My account currently sits at $27,000 and they are refusing to contact me or communicate in any way. I am not able to withdraw from my account and all the files I sent in at their request have been ignored. I have asked to be contacted by a person several times and nothing. They won’t email me back or explain the delay. This makes me so angry. They take your money in seconds and let you play but when you win they don’t help you at all get access to your winnings.
I explained that if I wasn’t contacted I would be filing a complaint with their gaming authority and I plan to do so right after this. I feel I am being intentionally ignored and it is not up to the standards and ethics that they are supposed to operate under. Fair treatment and play for all customers.
I want an immediate response from PlayOJO and I want my account verified so I can withdraw my winnings. This is completely unprofessional and wrong. I told them k don’t want to file a complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority but they are leaving me no choice. It’s been a week now and my paperwork is not approved and they have not responded. What a joke!!!
I have screenshots of all my emails and their limited responses. As well as screenshots of my winnings and gameplay history and the paperwork I submitted. There is no excuse for this other than not wanting to pay me. It’s not right! Please help me!!!
