Very disheartened by playojo not verifying my ID, I submitted it more than 72 hours ago and want to withdraw some of my funds, it says you get verified typically within 12 hours. I have had no emails back and sent my passport two or three times to make sure it has been sent. This is stressful, I need to take money out, I need to have some correspondence, there is no way to speak to anyone other than through email and I have sent two as can be seen below.
