Casino is delaying the verification process with no communication
I recently made an account with PlayOJO and won some money. When I tried to withdraw it I saw that I needed to submit documents for verification.
I submitted my proof of identity proof of address and pictures of my debit and credit card and they were all accepted within a few hours. Then I was asked to upload "other " with no description of what I should upload so I uploaded another address document and it has been under review for 3 days already.
I feel that PlayOJO is intentionally delaying this process for no reason. I have all the documents that were asked of me but I am still being made to wait.
I have opened a chat with customer support and I have written emails but I have received no answer.
All I want is to withdraw my funds. I feel that I should at least receive some communication from the casino to let me know if they have a problem with my documents.
