I have been playing OJO for a few months now and had never won anything until recently. I will say they are a great casino with fair rules, kickers, and bonuses, however, their response time for issues is just not there at all.
I made a withdrawal request for $300 dollars on November 30, my documents were all verified and I quickly received my deposit on December 1st. (YAY for being so quick!!!) I made more deposits on November 30, December 2, 4, and 6th. I won some money but was unable to withdrawal because it said my last one was pending. I sent emails and chats with no solutions so I kept gambling, and have now won $3000.00. I still cannot access these funds, because it is still saying my deposit from November 30 is still pending. PlayOJO has also since blocked me from playing any more games. It says to contact support which I have and they do not get back to people.
I want to resolve this and get my $3000.00 withdrawal. So I can continue playing PlayOJO, as they are by far my favorite online casino thus far. (Despite the slow response times, and the not being able to withdrawal/no access to gamble.)
