I am unable to withdraw funds of £850 as it’s saying documents required, all documents have been submitted and confirmation of verification and also I have withdrawn from this account before with no issues until now. It dose not say what documents are required and there is no reason why I should not be able to withdraw my funds. I have tried to contact Playojo via online chat only to be told nobody is available and we will get back to you in 6 hrs that was 20hrs ago still no response. Also I have sent 2 emails on the 25/4/23 still no response I would like this resolved so I can withdraw my funds.
