I initially submitted a photo of my bank card as requested - this was accepted no problem. I then tried to make a withdrawal and was told I needed to provide an ID document - I sent a photo of my driving license, 4 days later this was accepted and my account was fully verified. When I try to withdraw I am told to upload documents (although not telling me which documents to upload).
I have tried to contact live chat and they are NEVER available.
I have sent 3 emails and none are replied to.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a casino.
The amount involved is £334.
