I’ve been trying to make a withdrawal of the funds in my account but I’m unable to do so because my account needs to be verified. I can only submit 1 document so I merged multiple documents into 1 showing that I am the owner of the card I used to make the deposit but it doesn’t seem as if they are looking at the entire document I submitted or else I wouldn’t have to be going back and forth with them. It’s been 4 days now, sent emails and chat messages and it’s the same scripted response that I keep getting. I’m annoyed and frustrated and just want to withdraw my funds.
