All my verification documents have been uploaded and approved. My withdrawal, in the amount of $2104, was submitted; however, after 4 days I received an email stating that the withdrawal has been cancelled, with no explanation as to why. The email simply states it could not be processed and was cancelled (Transaction ID: PW5416970). I have no idea if additional information is required, or what needs to be provided to approve the withdrawal.
I have submitted another withdrawal request for $2104 (Requested ID: 5432059).
