I uploaded my driving licence as verification of my ID and address, I received a confirmation email of my documents verification success on the 11th April 23, I’ve not been informed by customer support of any further documentation verification required yet when I tried to withdraw £270 on the 13th April 2023 it says documentation verification required. It does not say what documents or acknowledge the already verified document.
I can get no response from the 24/7 online chat or the customer support email.
