I have send documents to verify my ID on 1st April.
It says will receive an email once received - I didn’t so I tried to upload again.
It states within 12 hours - however to contact after 48hrs.
The chat is just a bot - no help whatsoever.
I have read a few messages on here saying to DM via Twitter however messages fail to send.
I just want to be able to withdraw my £500
