Good morning,
I tried to withdraw my funds and was asked for verification which I provided. The response said that it would usually take 12 hrs and if no response after 48 hrs to make contact with customer support. I heard nothing so uploaded my documents for a second time just in case I had not completed the process correctly but again nothing.
I tried to use the chat option which told me the same information.
I have sent two emails but no response to either.
It has now been 7 days and I don't even know if they have received my documents. I have logged in to my account several times in the hope that verification has been completed but it's not.
I have had no acknowledgement of the upload or communication.
Please can you help?
