I had a confirmation email saying my account was verified on the 20th of April using my credit card as proof. I had a nice win on 28th April and when I tried to withdraw OJO asked for verification again. I have sent proof of debit card and passport, I also emailed support and have yet to hear anything back. The amount in the account is £4300 and would appreciate anything you can do to speed this along.

Everything resolved and money in my bank. Thanks for the help. Must of been a lazy long weekend for OJO but they moved very quickly today.
