I have won £1000 on Playojo. My username is < username removed >. I withdrew this money nearly 48hrs ago into my PayPal account. Since then I have tried to get a response as to why it has not arrived yet. Live chat hasn't responded in over 24hrs after giving automated replies. Emails have been copy and paste responses. Facebook was ignored completely.
There is no reason for them to take this long and it's extremely frustrating and unfair!! One email I had said clearly there were no problems and that it would be sent promptly and that was almost ten hours ago!!
