It has been a month now and my account is still restricted - no deposits or withdrawals. They have requested bank statements, pay slips proof of winning with other casinos, inheritance etc, etc. I have sent all the required information. I have contacted Ojo support and all they say is it is "under review". For a month???? How long does it take for a person with an average IQ to read and review those documents? I suspect no one is even looking into that.
