I deposit via PayPal on 27th October 2023. The funds have left my PayPal account but my balance has not been updated on playojo. Where is my deposit? This needs to be resolved ASAP.
I have contacted playojo via live chat and it says that they will contact me in 6 hours. That is not good enough.
It keeps happening with this site. Problems with deposits and withdrawals.
