Account blocked after depositing and no reply to emails
For some reason Play OJO blocked my username (when I try to log in it says “username blocked). They have not responded to any of the emails I’ve sent over the last week regarding two other issues, and I don’t expect them to reply to the email I sent them about this issue either.
This happened right after I made a deposit. I don’t want to think they have flat-out robbed me, but it’s hard to think of any other reason for them blocking my username and taking my money.
Since they don’t reply to emails maybe they will reply to me here.
I would like my account unblocked or my money returned to my bank account and an explanation as to why the account was blocked. I have not violated any of their terms of service.
AskGamblers' help would be much appreciated in this matter.
