My Playojo account suddenly had a live chat window pop up saying "we need more information so you can keep on playing responsibly" and I can no longer play games ,or access anything including the money in my account. This happened almost three days ago and I immediately responded to the live chat to find out what the problem was, I've sent multiple messages through the live chat and had no response so I tried emailing them as well, as it stands I still have no use of my account and my funds are being held to ransom.
