I was playing as normal on my account all of a sudden an error message appears saying I cannot play for real money and that I should contact support. I have contacted support over and over again. There is no support, nobody replies there is nobody live. I also have a withdrawal that has been pending for ages and they are doing nothing to process this!

Hello.
The amount withdrawal is £1 and then left in the account is £350 which I am unable to use or access as they have restricted my account and the first withdrawal hasn’t processed which means I cannot withdraw the other money
