9 days and no funds received
I first used PlayOJO 9 days ago and deposited funds using Apple Pay. I made a withdrawal of £450.73, however I have not received nor is the withdrawal showing in Pending. They emailed advising they needed further information to wire transfer funds to me. I provided ALL INFORMATION requested 5 times during this period by EMAIL but still NOTHING.
PlayOJO simply ignores ALL MY EMAILS providing them with the relevant information and simply does not reply to any correspondence. Their CHAT facility button does NOTHING.
I’m totally lost as to what to do now?… they just do not reply or action the information THEY requested.
HELP!!!
