Requested a withdrawal thursday night 2/5/24 it's now been 5 days I've sent 5 emails and been in live chat over 15 times all I get is the same copy and paste message spoke to them on the phone twice when they both have said give us 12/24 hours. Days later still nothing. Absolutely embarrassing website takes your deposit in a click of a finger now trying to withdraw it is virtually impossible.
