Didn’t really want to do this but I’ve been waiting over 48 hours now and getting no further.
Have been advised the delay in processing maybe due to high traffic at the weekend but a fully verified long term customer realistically shouldn’t be waiting this long when other casinos payout sometimes instantly. Requested my withdrawal on Friday and it hasn’t moved passed player pending since then.
Generic responses only given by chat and email except for the most recent explanation, was also told that they would mark it as high priority that was at 7am this morning and that I would receive my winnings shortly then again 3 more times told again high priority but somehow still no movement. Puts a dampener on winning when you aren’t even sure if it’s going to come through! Lack of communication is the most frustrating part as you don’t hear back from live chat for hours then are just given the same generic response which doesn’t answer your questions. Why say within 24 hours when this isn’t the case!

as per our T&Cs all big wins have to be checked by the Provider of the game so could result in delays
