I made a withdrawal on 25th May. I RECEIVED it in an hour. But it still reflects on my as under process. I cannot make anymore withdrawals because they have a rule of 1 withdrawal at a time. I am attaching the screenshot of the issue. The customer care is so bad. They keep on saying we’ve escalated it. They gave me a time of 48 hours 2 days ago nothing happened.
