Delay withdrawal again

Issue: Withdrawals stuck in "Under Review" for over a week

Detailed Complaint:

I am submitting this complaint regarding multiple delayed withdrawals and lack of progress.

I currently have a balance of 165.000 NOK (17.000 USD) with no active bonus. I have submitted three withdrawal requests of 5,000 NOK (515 USD) each on the following dates:

- 22 March 2026
- 23 March 2026
- 24 March 2026

All withdrawals are still stuck in "Under Review" (step 2 of 5), with no progress to approval or processing.

I have fully complied with all requirements:

- No bonus involved
- Within withdrawal limits (3x 5000 NOK per week)
- Verified account

Despite this, more than a week has passed without any movement in the withdrawal process.

Customer support only provides generic responses and cannot give any timeline.

This delay is unreasonable and not in line with normal casino processing times.

Expected Resolution:
Immediate approval and processing of all pending withdrawals, followed by full withdrawal of my total balance.

I am prepared to provide screenshots and full documentation.

I am still unable to log in to my casino account. Every time I try to sign in, I receive an error and cannot access my account.
I have already contacted the casino several times by email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from your support team. This is very frustrating, and I expect a prompt solution.

I requested a withdrawal of €22 on October 20, and it is still showing as processing. I have contacted live chat several times, but I keep receiving the same response that the team is working on it and it will be processed soon.

This is a very small amount, yet the delay has been unusually long. I am not satisfied at all with how this has been handled, especially considering that I have played in the casino and completed all wagering requirements.

I would appreciate it if this withdrawal could be reviewed and processed as soon as possible.

Good day. I have been waiting for withdrawals from this Casino for 14 days. I made 3 differents withdrawals requests of $500. I have contacted their support on several occasions and the only thing they say is that they are working on the case and that I should continue waiting. Unfortunately I am back with another complaint against PlayIO/Liernin Enterprises LTD. They have yet again failed to process my withdrawal request in a timely manner, and within their own given time frame of 3 days. And, as they have been doing for as long as I have been with their casino they keep dodging the question of why they do not pay out when they are supposed to.

Last time I complained it took them 1 month to pay out € 4000. Their support has given me a lifetime headache with their robotic and standardised replies. This time I want to withdraw € 7500. I do not want to wait for almost 2 months to receive these funds, and I do not want to spend 2 months arguing with their support. Whatever you can do to help me out, AskGamblers. It would be greatly appreciated.

I would also like PlayIO to explain why they, as opposed to virtually every other online casino, need this much time to pay winning players. From what I can see this is a recurring theme that has been going on for a while now with Liernin Enterprises LTD casinos. Now, if this is a strategy you employ in hopes that players will grow tired of waiting and keep gambling instead. I can tell you right now, I will not do that, so you can just speed up the payments.

Christmas is here, and hopefully the spirit will find its way to PlayIO/Liernin Enterprises LTD soon. It would be such a huge relief and source of happiness if you could get on with paying me my winnings. You have a chance here to make up for the absurd delay last time.

My account has been closed. i do not know why. over 20 days ago I received an e-mail informing me that I would be informed about the possibility of payout. in the chat please wait for the email. they stopped replying to my emails also I have not received an answer to this day. the blocked amount is 460 euro

On 06/07/24 I won Є1791.62 on Playio. I made a withdrawal and then begun, and completed their extensive verification process. I attach screenshots.
I then received an email saying -
"We hereby inform you that the Verification of your account will be completed once having confirmed your IP: to do so, we kindly ask you to simply log in using mobile or public network and contact us in chat.

Please note that the usage of any kind of IP masking services (VPN) is strictly prohibited by our Terms and Conditions and may lead to the closure of the account."

To which I replied -
"Your site won't let me login without using a VPN.

You let me sign up for an account no problem from Portugal, as per my address, but the site won't let me in without VPN.

Please not confirm my account is verified and process my withdrawal."

I have checked through their terms and there is no mention of VPNs whatsoever.

I have made a formal complaint, and I have still not received a reply.

If you could please help with this, I would very much appreciate it.
