Redemptions Approved but Unpaid After 11 Days
I am posting this complaint publicly to warn other players and seek resolution through AskGamblers.
I requested multiple redemptions from PlayFame Casino on January 11 and January 12. Both withdrawals were approved and later marked as “sent,” yet more than 11 days have passed and no funds have been received for either redemption.
PlayFame has failed to provide any ACH trace numbers, payment receipts, or verifiable proof that the funds were actually transmitted. My bank has confirmed that no ACH deposits were received or pending for either redemption during the relevant timeframe.
Since submitting these withdrawal requests, I have contacted PlayFame support numerous times via live chat and email. Each response has been generic, stating the matter has been “escalated” to another team, but no documentation or resolution has followed. Live chats were closed without answers, and email communication has not produced proof of payment.
PlayFame references a processing period of up to 10 days in its Terms. That timeframe has now been exceeded for both redemptions. Approved withdrawals being shown as “sent” without payment or verification raises serious concerns about payout transparency.
I am sharing this publicly because direct communication with the casino has not resolved the issue, and other players should be aware of this experience before using the platform.
