Extremely delaying withdrawal

I registered in this casino and made few depsoits and won some money with my last deposit.I sent all documents for verification, and my account was verified,then i requsted withdrawal of 1300 EUR it was 26 april and and until this day i not received money, not received any emails with an explanation what is going on.
This casino does not even consider it necessary to notify its client about when the payment will be made,i think this is extremely disrespectful and shows a disregard for customers

First of all apologies for the late response!
We wanted to clarify that you breached the T&C and you were notified about it via email. Using a bonus for accumulated benefits in a game is not allowed. Therefore your withdrawal was decline and all your deposits were credited back to your account.
