BTC Deposit and BTC withdrawal Issues


My complaint is that I missing a $150.00 USD deposit made via Bitcoin (BTC) and I am not being paid a $400.00 USD withdrawal and I am not receiving a reply from the casino.

Timeline of events.
Joined casino 11/Sept/2019.
Sent ID documents via email 11/Sept/2019.
Deposited $200.00 USD via credit card 11/Sept/2019. Wagered and lost all.
Deposited $150.00 USD via BTC 13/Sept/2019. Payment cleared blockchain however casino did not clear the funds. I sent support an email asking why and they asked me to contact some foreign BTC provider however there is no contact or support service for that provider. I sent Casino email stating this and they asked me to send a screenshot of the confirmation of the BTC transaction which I did and now I have not heard anything back. My transaction history is showing the $150.00 USD Bitcoin deposit as now abandoned (see attached screenshot)
Deposited another $100.00 USD via credit card 13/Sept/2019. I wagered this and won $400.00 USD. I submitted a withdrawal request 13/Sept/2019 for $400.00 USD to be paid via BTC and it is still showing as pending 4 days later.

Update 26 Sept 2019:
Communication received from PlayPCF and explanations were provided as to why there were some problems with my requested withdrawals. The casino is working at making faster, smoother withdrawals every day.
My withdrawal request has been processed via Bitcoin instead.
I even received a bonus $100.00 credited to my casino account for the inconvenience.
This is a new casino and are in the process of ironing out these issues and working towards being one of the best online casinos :)

Update Tuesday 24/Sept/2019...
I have received my $150.00 USD in BTC refund from the casinos Bitcoin provider stating that they experienced an error on their end when the transaction was made. I have cancelled my request for my remaining $400.00 USD to be cashed out via BTC and I have requested this cashout to be made to my credit card that I used to make my initial deposits. I am waiting for my $400.00 USD to be cashed out to my credit card.
If I do receive my $400.00 USD withdrawal to my credit card I will then be able to go ahead and close the complaint as resolved and also continue playing there again :)
