Play Ojo Casino - No response from chat or email for 7 days ref withdrawal

I tried to withdraw winnings but they did not return to my bank. I emailed, and received a reply requesting I resubmit my bank details, which I did immediately. Then no payment happened. I have been using online chat and email with no response at all and at this point I am sick of being ignored. Looking online it appears this is not uncommon for Ojo, which is ironic as the advertise themselves as “the fair casino” but it looks like they just want to keep your money

Withdrawal has been paid thank you. I would recommend that OJO improves its customer service response, 7 days is too long to receive no response whatsoever, even an acknowledgment that my query was being looked at would have prevented my frustration and need to complain
