Delayed payment of 5500 EUR

Hello I won last week 5500€ in multiple withdraws in this Casino. Every Single withdrawal for accept after a few hours.

But since today I didn't receive a single euro. Support say first i have to wait 3 Bank days.

Than they got no update about the payment and I have to wait.

I wait now 9 days for the payments and the Support give me only the answer I have to wait.

I lose very much at this Casino and this money is my money back so I hope I will get it.

After the conversation with Support I lost the Hope. Please help me Askgamblers!

Casino cannot verify my account

hello

I won play at playboom casino so after i made my withdrawal i was asked to verify my account. I was asked for copy of id and proof of address, which i sent and it got approved. I then received another email on March 24 asking for a selfie and a 30 bank statement in pdf format.

I had to wait until the 1st week of april becasue my monthly statement comes out the start of the following month. I sent them my selfie and my monthly statement in pdf format with all the transactions on them.

They procceeded by sending me another email saying that my bank statement wasn't accepted because they want it to have bank account number, iban, transactions.

I wrote an email back explaining that i downloaded my statement directly from bank and it has all the transactions on it

I alsowrote to them this in the same email

"When you asked for iban, i had to google it, because I didn't even know what that is, so when i googled it it said that canada doesn't have iban number thats why i had never heard of it. Im not sure if theres confusion on your end and maybe in other countries bank statements have all these information but in canada iban doesnt exist"

I'm not sure if the verification team is confused with other countries and how they make their bank staatements (clearly something is off by asking for the iban number) but in canada the bank statement doesnt have that information, we have a void cheque though i can send them that has my account number and swift code (thats what we use in canada nit iban like they asked for) that i offered to send to them if they needed that information


I would also like to mention that the bank im using is one of the 5 major banks of canada, im pretty sure they have seen my banks statement before from the thousands of canadian players they have playing on their casino before


Please help me ask gamblers get this all sorted out.
