Completely ignoring emails to verify account


At beginning of august I signed up to pkr casino and won some money on their site my account was locked by them a few days later for verification issues.
I sent them all the requested documents on 8/8/16, there followed over 10 emails back and forth with them completely ignoring most of my emails or just replying with generic "your documents are not clear enough please send clearer copies".
On 7/9/16 they finally told me they would not accept my driving license for id as it had a tiny tiny crack in it.
I sent off for a new lisence and sent them this and all other requested documents again on 28/9/16.
Since then they have not replied to one single email I have sent them!
I have emailed them over 7 times since 28/9/16, tried all the email addresses and even found the email of the cco of pkr yet they are completely ignoring me. I just do not know what else I can do this just seems totally unacceptable

I did not even have chance to request any withdrawals before my account was closed.

I won $6503 at PKR at the end of January. I was very happy, and because I had been verified and paid promptly by PKR in the past I did not expect any problems. I was very wrong. They sent me an email to verify my account again. Why? I am already verified. Ok, so I send them documents again. They do not respond. I email them after 1 week, no reply from PKR. I talk to chat. They say they dont have any documents from me. Ok, I send them again. I get an email from PKR, the first response in 20 days. My documents have been received! Success! Then 3 days later, another email from PKR, my account has been suspended. I need to send documents. What? Ok. I send the documents again. No response from PKR. I email them. No reply. I talk to chat. They say they my document have NOT been received. Also I am told their email address does not work and their document upload on website is also not working. They give me a different email address. Ok. I send documents again. No response for another 23 days. During this time I am emailing and trying to get help from chat support. (Also, the waiting time was up to 48 minutes before becoming number one in the queue. I spent hours waiting to speak to somebody at PKR over the months of this ordeal.) They say they want an extra document from me that was never mentioned before. Ok, I send a new document. No reply from PKR. I email them again. I email every email address I can find for PKR, hoping somebody would read and respond to me. Then 12 days since their last reply, I get an email from PKR, my documents are approved! Ok! So how long until they will pay my withdrawal? They write the same reply every time, “within next 24-48 hours” This is now 12 days since I should have been paid within 24-48 hours. I simply cannot believe PKR. I want PKR to pay my $6503 promptly with no more excuses.
