Does not calculate my bets

Hello askgambler. I encountered a problem that the bookmaker does not calculate my bets. Help. On 05/19/2024 I registered and made a deposit of 0.097 ETH. Then I placed bets on Finnish football. My bets won. but the bookmaker says that the provider takes a long time to calculate. 2 months have passed and my rates have not been calculated. They are scammers, let everyone see it.
