I have two withdrawals that have not been paid yet.
After two weeks of communication with the casino, the answer is “dont worry”.
Yesterday, they blocked withdrawals, but they still have not answered why.
Attached are screenshots.
I asked if they needed some information to prove my identity, but the question is still without an answer.
I texted them via live chat and email.
I hope you resolved this problem.
