Not crediting my deposit

Hello, I made a deposit of 8.429LTC on pinnacle and the credit still didn't arrive. It's been since March 22 and all they can do is delay me as much as possible. Support is very slow and I am starting to get worried. I sent money to this address: <blockchain link removed>

I still didn't receive the credit. Also no updates from the support team of Pinnacle.

Also just to note one thing: I followed the deposit instructions and deposited money to the correct address as well as the right amount, but they are still having me wait for something that isn't my fault whatsoever. I feel like that isn't fair at all and it's frustrating. I never had any issues with other gambling sites. Also if you look at Pinnacle's Trustpilot review you can see other customers are also having horrible experiences playing on the website and they never respond or help them.
