Mystake Casino - MyStake account frozen and under investigation for 6 months
After I created my account I went through the required verification process. All documents were accepted, and a few deposits were placed. I've lost - no issues. Recently I won some bets and eventually made a small profit. Suddenly I'm not able to place any bets apart from 5x with at least 1.3 odds... Please note that the biggest wins came from Champions League matches! Yet they claim some bets are suspicious.
This creates betting not possible anymore for me.
I decided to withdraw my earnings - 3,839€.
Gradually they were removing also withdrawal options. I requested Bank Transfer. It was rejected. A person from the (supposedly) KYC team reached out to me. The email did not even have a subject line, nothing.
They asked for pictures of 2 cards used for the deposits. I sent them relevant proofs and according to the latest correspondence it has been accepted.
However, I still can't request a withdrawal!!! They informed me that my account is still under investigation, they refuse to give me any other details and claim that such an investigation may take up to 6 months !!!
