Deposit Deliberately Kept in processing for two months then turned the status to failed
I made a deposit on 16 jan this year , the amount was successfully sent to the merchant but it wasn't added to my bc game account. Then I contacted their live support, created a ticket which was in pending for almost two months. I was told that their backend team is thoroughly working and in this process 70 days passed and now they are saying we can't help you because the deposit has exceeded two months. Tell me one thing they deliberately kept it in pending and i contacted them right from the creation date of the deposit.
Now I came here for the intervention of the askgamblers to resolve the matter.
