On 3/29/2015 placed Wire Transfer Withdrawal Request for ($2,685.00). On 4/8/2015 Wire Transfer Withdrawal was Approved but split in half ($1,293.00). On 4/8/2015 requested Wire Transfer Withdrawal for remainder of my winnings ($1,292.00). On 4/15/2015 my Wire Transfer Withdrawal was Approved ($1,292.00). Prism payout rules state: 'Your payment will be made within 10 business days after approval, Express or Standard.' I have not received any of my withdrawals and requesting that both of my withdrawals be combined and sent in one payment as there has been a delay and i have not received any of my payouts.
