Payments' delay
Hello! I still waiting my withdrawal request, 116$. I won 100$ after no deposit bonus and deposited 16$ to verify payment method (Skril). I sent documents on 1 October, I requested my withdrawal 4 October. In chat operator said they check documents during 24 hours. I asked about my documents on Monday, 5 October. Operator said that my documents have been forwarded to Finansional department. Now, on Tuesday, I asked about my documents again. Operator replyed that my documents still not forwarded and he going to do it.
This is not one attempt fraud. Today I asked him about withdrawal to Skrill. He started to tell about technical problem with payment to Skrill. And that huge depositor waiting for 7 days. Yesterday I got reply that withdrawal to Skrill usually takes 2 days. They didn't warn me about their "technical problem". Also, I have to write in the chat. No reaction via e-mail support.
The whole situation looks like an attempt to deceive the player. Particularly unpleasant impudent behavior of the operator that has disabled chat in response to direct questions.
