My casino id is < removed >. On 5th.sept I withdraw my winning from the account, until 7th it's was awaiting for process on 8th of Sept it was processed and on 9th Sept it was showing paid. Then later on 11th Sept I do online chat on which they said it will be on my bank account till Wednesday 13th Sept. But 12th Sept on my account it's still showing awaiting process and I can reverse it in to bankroll. Please help.
