Stalling verification and payment

I live and i have regular residence permit in Belarus. i want play at casino i met some agency Favbet.com in around Minsk city. So i decided to play in Favbet,com,
I created account and then i wrote at Suppurt asking them, to verificate my account. They replied not need nowmaybe in future.
So i deposidete my money and then after few days i decided to withdraw.
at this point we start with commedy. they ask to me
1: photos of Passport in good quality ( done )
2. photos of me with passoport in my hands ( done )
3. photos of me + passport + day ( done )
4. photos of me + passport + drive license ( done )
6. photos of my residence permit ( done )
7. proof of my residence ( done with bank statement )
8. photos of my skrill account ( done with mobile )
9. screenshot of my skril where you can see my verified adress ( done )
every day they asked me something, i gave them all his document. but till now nothing they not allow me to make withdraw.
